Providence Health & Services Human Resource Strategic Program Manager in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Human Resource Strategic Program Manager to Providence Health & Services in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a Human Resource Strategic Program Manager to align HR strategies with the business needs. He or she will determine HR implications of evolving business needs and will recommend actions to be taken and coordinate consulting efforts to achieve outcomes. This position will report to the HR Director for the Southwest Region but will maintain effective working relationships with management and staff at all levels of the organization.
In this position you will:
Contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, and build organizational capabilities.
Supports core leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline through the use of operations and strategic workforce planning
Identifies and drives the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Consults with appropriate stakeholders in organizational design initiatives; facilitates in the process as appropriate
Consults in the development of the labor strategy for identified areas
Engages with select leaders on executive level assimilation planning and individual development planning
Consults with appropriate stakeholders in facilitating organizational succession planning
Interprets HR data and recommends solutions based on the analysis
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or related field.
Five (5) plus year’s professional human resources or related experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- PHR or equivalent.
