The Enterprise Services Account Aligned Delivery Global The Enterprise Services Account Aligned Delivery Global Business Enablement Team (AAD Enablement) is responsible for planning, enabling and transforming the area Account Aligned Delivery business (both MCS and Premier) to grow Microsoft’s strategy in Cloud, Devices, and Services. Our team is seeking an experienced, results driven program leader to drive execution and improvement of Account Aligned Delivery Practices across the globe.
AAD Enablement key objectives:
•Developing AAD Communities into conduits for listening and 2-way education
•Supporting and Governing A14 initiatives that have the potential to scale globally
•Acting as an interface and sounding board for Corporate teams and their Field landing needs
•Driving cross team and cross function simplification for the field
•Synthesizing Field and Corporate insight to drive outcomes
•Applying depth of knowledge for the AAD Field into budgeting and financial mgmt. processes
•Coaching & Developing Field Stakeholders for Performance
We operate across 4 pillars to achieve the above objectives:
1.Business Enablement Activities (Financial Management; Reporting Insights; Budget Input; Business Strategy
2.Role Community Enablement (Leading AAD Global Role Communities; Developing & Coaching Area resources; Supporting the ROLEX team with business context)
3.Stakeholder Engagement (Field listening & feedback to Corporate teams; Impact assessments for cross functional programs; Alignment & coordination of corporate teams that impact the AAD Business)
4.Project execution (Leading or being a member of adhoc projects and programs developed to drive field improvement)
Our team is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager who will collaborate with Corporate stakeholders across Enterprise Services and the broader DSS organization to develop and drive the execution of programs and initiatives that improve Account Aligned Delivery field results.
The ideal candidate will:
•Have strong communication, delivery leadership and financial management capabilities nurtured within an Enterprise Services Delivery context
•Have applicable experience gained in a direct field delivery role like an Account Aligned Delivery Management Manager (DMM) or in a Corporate role with direct exposure to field AAD Delivery motions and needs
•Have experience in running cross-group processes in a matrixed environment (effective cross-group collaboration)
•Be a strong problem solver who knows how to structure analyze complex situations and can marshal resources to solve problems.
•Have an applicable graduate degree and/or appropriate experience in excess of 6 years
Candidates located in the Greater Seattle Area would be preferred, however the role is open to remote working individuals located in the US, Canada & Mexico who are connected to Seattle by frequent, reliable and reasonably distanced direct airlinks.
An ability to travel is a requirement and is expected to not exceed 15% of available time per year.
This role will report to the Worldwide Services Practice Leader, Account Aligned Delivery & Commercial Support in the Enterprise Services organization.
